Fabulist Pizza, Sacramento’s “farm‑to‑face” Roman‑style pizzeria, was opened by proprietors Andrew Tescher and Stacey Johnson, after six successful years operating their pop‑up, Side Hustle Pizza.
The owner‑operated shop offers Roman‑style pizza slices and whole pies, artisan breads and compound butters, sandwiches, salads, sweets, and beverages, including beer and wine.
Fabulist Pizza provides welcoming counter service dining and take‑out rooted in Andrew and Stacey’s combined 60 years of culinary and hospitality background. Their commitment to genuine hospitality and simple, high‑quality ingredients guides everything they do.
Fabulist Pizza also serves as a vibrant community hub: it hosts small events, showcases local artwork, and supports small business pop-ups, including Second Saturdays. With its focus on community, it will continue to evolve as an inclusive space for creativity and connection.
